RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (if applicable).
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at brennan.devore@abcountryprimitives.store. After contacting us, please simply place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Please see the link at the bottom of our main page entitled "Return Policy" for more details and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this process.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. We want to make things right for you! We promise to do everything we can to make sure you have a 5 star customer service experience!

- Please contact us with 7 days of your receipt of any item that you wish to return. We will do everything we can to accommodate you and make this right. We pride ourselves on being accommodating and understanding and will do everything in our power to make things right for you if you are not entirely satisfied.

Nothing below nor within shall contradict or serve to modify the preceding policies relating to store returns and/or refunds. Returns/Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, we want to work with you until you are 100% satisfied. After all, our goal is your complete happiness and satisfaction with our products. In the event that you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify the shop within 7 days of receiving your item. We offer refunds, but ultimately, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you have any issues at all with a product, please do not hesitate to message us! A maximum of thirty (30) days shall be permitted for all returns/refunds to be requested, notwithstanding any delays or issues with delivery that might delay receipt of items. Please contact us, we are very motivated to work with you on every issue and pride ourselves on being accommodating and understanding!

Seller (ABCountryPrimitives) disclaims any implied or express warranties of merchantability for products sold. Seller disavows any statements giving rise to such warranties that might otherwise be established in any language contained within product descriptions or advertisements. Furthermore, seller (ABCountryPrimitives) is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to a buyer. All transactions and deliveries from ABCountryPrimitives shall constitute "shipment contracts" wherein risk of loss passes to buyer during transit - pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 U.C.C. (Uniform Commercial Code)
Special notice of caution for small/hazardous items:
Buyer is cautioned that some items may contain small pieces, detachable beads, strings, or decorative items that are potentially hazardous to animals and small children. As with any purchase of similar craft items on the internet, we generally encourage all customers and buyers to be aware of such dangers. We encourage all of our buyers to be aware and, accordingly, exercise caution when bringing or displaying our items in the reach of children or animals. We, as the seller, cannot remain liable for damages that might otherwise result.
