This grubby pint size soap dispenser jar comes with a rust-colored lid and screw on pump! The label reads "Little River Honey Bee Farm, Old Fort TN, Nature's Finest Raw Honey Sold By the Quart of Pint". This lovely folk art design is by Starrmtnprims on Etsy and is reproduced here via a commercial license agreement. The jar has been coated in coffee grounds and sealed over with a water based glue - the image is also sealed with glue so that entire jar and the "grubby" mixture is water resistant.
** NOW WITH EXTRA PROTECTION!! OUR LIDS ARE NOW COATED WITH AN EXTRA LAYER OF BEESWAX PROTECTION, EXTENDING AND PRESERVING THE LIFE OF YOUR JAR LIDS EVEN LONGER!!**
We are now offering even more customization for you! You can now choose the Ribbon Color (Burgundy Check, Navy Check, Mustard Check, Green Check).
If you would like to receive the exact jar shown in the main photograph for this listing, select the following option: "Mustard Check Ribbon"
These make wonderful gifts!
Jar measures 7" tall (from pump to base), and 3" across base.
As with all of our "grubby" style jars and soap dispensers, the sealant is water resistant but not water-proof. They work best when not fully submerged or left to sit in standing water for extended periods of time. We also strongly advise that you only use "hand soap" and use these jars for hand-washing, rather than dish washing. Dish washing soaps tend to be chemically stronger and may affect the "rusty" lid finish eventually. Furthermore, dish washing tends to, by its very nature, cause splashing and standing water to run all over your jar - doing this repeatedly over long periods of time, may make your jar "wet" - which would require it to be set aside to dry out.
